A straight cup with a gentle inward curve above the foot. On this piece the green crackle glaze settled into an even leaf green over most of the body, warming to amber and honey where it thins toward the foot and along the rim. The crackle is fine and close, and catches the light as a faint web across the surface. The foot is bare stoneware.
Thrown by hand and fired to 1250 °C in oxidation. One of one; the maker's mark is stamped on the foot.
