A straight cup with a gentle inward curve above the foot. This piece fired to a lighter, softer green than its companions, with an amber rim and a warm band where the glaze gathers just above the bare foot. The crackle lines are fine and run in every direction, giving the surface a quiet depth under the gloss. The foot is bare stoneware.
Thrown by hand and fired to 1250 °C in oxidation. One of one; the maker's mark is stamped on the foot.
